Got this in a find with some very early lures. Unmarked props, two belly weights that protrude, yellow iris glass eyes. Thanks!

Joe, I will take your word for it, you have much more experience than I do. This though leads to me to another question, I wonder if there a link between Harkauf and Pflueger? Look at the Pflueger Heritage book (Ruby) page 47, bottom picture. Besides the paint and protruding weights they look pretty similar. Mike Butler |

What you actually have is a Harkauf Minnow….round body, unmarked bow tie props, screw eye line tie and rear hook hanger…as well as the smaller belly weights that are situated close to each other. |

Hello, As Scott said, it looks to be a Wizard, I would say second body style. 1905-1909, as it does not look to have through wire hook hanger. Does it say Pflueger on the front prop? Mike |

I think you have yourself a circa 1903 Pflueger Wizard. |
