Lure by Ira Kimbal? staggerbug???

I got this lure at the Milwaukee show. I saw another example attributed to Ira Kimbal? I have an old jpg file of the same style lure but different example that is titled "staggerbug" I did not document where I got it? it was the time I first developed interest in homemade lures back in 2010. I do not think there is any relationship with the Wilson one? just wondering if anybody else has seen one?
