Need help with ID

Mike Walker	Any ideas who manufactured this lure and what it's called? It appears to say "ABC" on the top where the red paint meets the body (see photos.) Thanks!

scott jedd	Actually says "BASS-ORENO" across the neck but worn away. Made by South Bend 1930s-40s. Scott
