Help IDing a lure

Laura J	I received this Muskie lure from a woman born in 1901. She passed in the mid 1980s and gave it to me right before she died. It was from her husbands old fishing tackle. I’ve had it for about 35 years now. I’m wondering if anyone can help me identify it. Thanks.
