Silver Tin Liz sunfish

I found a Tin Liz Sunfish it has glass eyes but is silver. i thought maybe someone had cleaned the paint off but i ave look at it through a glass and can not see any trace of paint. The glass eyes are okay. I can't find any info on a silver sunfish. Anyone have any info. Thanks |

Chris I think you are right that it is a lead cast. I will say it is a very good cast and quite detailed. Thanks again for the info. |

Thanks Chris. i could be lead but it seems light for lead. are there marks on the lead one or any other marks to identify one of the lead ones |

I forgot, the lead body didn't look like crappy,by comparison, lead jig heads. It did have a more silvery sheen to it. This also is my memory from probably around 1986. |

Is it silver or lead? In Kent at the moment but I do know the name of the die/mold maker of Arbogast's Sunfish baits. Tony Perkowski lived here in Kent. When I was maybe 14 I picked up a few sunfish liz bodies/blanks and a bunch of other old tackle at the garage sale his family had upon his passing. I think Dick Wilson and Dick Kotis made arrangements to make sure the mold/die was secured from his residence. Chris |
