Got this little guy in a gifted tackle box from a neighbor. Any help with identification would be greatly appreciated

Few more details... No markings on the metal lip. Looks hand painted with painted eyes. I've done some hunting on some auction sites and can't find anything like this that is jointed with the same kind of tail. Beginning to think that this is a hand-made hobby lure and not a commercial lure. Also, apologize for not using full name in post. Didn't realize you prefer full. Again, any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. |
