Hey guys, I found this thing about 5 years ago when our lake was really low, because they were working on the dam. I've searched everywhere and can't find anything about it. Any idea what it is?

Hi! I had found this Old wooden lure in my late husbands tackle box. I would like to get some information on it. Plus if it is worth anything. There is a chip missing under neath the mouth. Thank you!!!
